Requirements

• Female, Age between 21-25 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Management, Business Computer or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates are highly welcome.
• 0 – 3 years’ experience in project coordinator/project admin/manager and administrative works field will be an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize workload , result oriented and detail oriented
• Active and good human relation
• Able to work under pressure and good trouble solving
• Good negotiation skill
• Good command of English (spoken, read, and written)
• Good knowledge of MS. Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )

Descriptions

• Manage overall project management (on-site and in-site) including customer relationship, problem and incident management, subcontractor management and project quality assurance
• Point of escalation and resolution for customer issues and problems
• Provide full support for administrative functions and documentation for assigned
• Project including manage and maintain reports, technical, and project documentation on a timely and consistent manner
• Monitor and control of project Service Level Agreements
• Works collaboratively with customer, team, sale department and engineer teams to ensure that the functional process of service delivery is meeting the customer’s expectations and facilitation of issue resolution
• Maintains and administers appropriate communications to all internal and external parties on a regular and/or “as needed” basis
• Other functions required as necessary
