Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related filed
• Fresh graduates are highly welcome for this position.
• 0 – 3 years’ experience in Tester/Quality Assurance for Software project
• Work experience with multi-vendor environment is an added advantage test planning, test prioritizing, and test strategy.
• Have to experiences in Software tester with a well-proven record focusing on team management.
• Proactive with strong leadership skills and familiar with dynamic environments
• High responsibility and able to work under pressure and timeline
• Good communication skill both Thai and English would be an advantaged
• Logical and analytical problem solving is a must

Descriptions

• Provide strategic leadership and direction in establishing a testing/QA framework
• Develop relevant Tester/QA processes and procedures
• Oversee and advise the Program Test Team in the development of the program level testing approach and strategy for all levels of testing (SIT, UAT, and Performance Test etc.)
• Supervise project teams in the development of project level master test plans and detailed test plans
• Perform test scenarios, test cases and test script
• Perform work based on defined process and provide feedback on process improvements as appropriate
• Co-operate with team in estimation effort and performing tasks according to the plan
• Analyst business requirements, and design test specification, execute manually
• Track bugs and issues with quality/defect reports. Follow up issues and resolutions
• Document all the test cases and test result including troubleshoot if any
• Coordinate between development team and application users
