– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related fields
– 5+ years of business analysis, data analysis or related technical experience in a competitive service industry preferably in banking or financial services
– 3+ years’ experience with SQL, with demonstrated ability to derive insights through efficient SQL queries
– Knowledge of database design and concepts is preferred
– Good Understanding with ETL processes
– Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and undefined areas and leverage analytical capabilities to drive business outcomes under time sensitive deadlines
– Prior experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
– Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication, presentation, and writing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
– Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and effectively gather project/program requirements
– Ability to manage a broad range of tasks and a track record of efficiently meeting deadlines
– Knowledge of data mapping, data processing, and Cloud Technology is advantage
– Strong analytical skills with business sense; ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear and simple manner
– Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
