– Open-minded customer focused quick learner with Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and desire to explore and keep up with the latest technologies.
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or other areas that are highly quantitative.
3+ years hands-on experience as a data scientist / statistician / machine learning engineer with understanding of ML/AI and related software libraries.
– Hands on experience with Deep Learning frameworks like Keras, TF, PyTorch or others.
– Excellent Proficiency in SQL and languages like Python and PySpark or Scala.
– Knowledge in statistics and probability, e.g., hypothesis testing, statistical tests, regression as well as in machine learning
– Independent as well as great team player with good communication and interpersonal skills for working in English in a multicultural work environment.

Great if you have
– Master’s or PhD degree in a quantitative discipline
– Experience applying machine learning, optimization and statistical methods to large datasets in financial services, telecom, logistics, digital marketing, customer relationship, payments and risk management.
– Experience in one or more specialized machine learning areas, e.g., NLP, deep learning, recommendation systems, computer vision, conversational AI, and reinforcement learning
– Experience in working with MS Azure stack, MS Power BI and Databricks.
– Outstanding coding skills or software development background.
