– Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field
– At least 3 years of experience in role of Business/System Analyst or Business Process Improvement (Experience in Banking or Financial industry is preferred)
– Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document (BRD)
– Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties
– Proficiency in the use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
