Skills and Technical Knowledge Requirements:
Monitor, manage and maintain the ability of the Render Farm to function at its maximum.
Monitor, manage, monitor and audit renders for daily deliveries.
Manage data to ensure storage resources are used efficiently.
Update and maintain job priorities and render resources.
Maintain, track rendering priorities.
Create and distribute daily render reports.
Script tools to automate common tasks and improve workflow.
Help and support the artists with support requests and errors.
High proficiency working with Window and Linux.
Ability to set priorities for heavy workloads.
Ability to prioritize work, perform multiple tasks and work under time constraints.
Strong sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JS, etc.
Knowledge of industry-standard 3D packages (eg. Maya, Houdini, Nuke).
