-University Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering or other relevant fields
-Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales and related engineering field. Preferably from Marine offshore, Power Utilities, Railway & Metro. Proven track record of sales management
-Experience in industrial power systems involving UPS, rectifiers, converters and inverters or telecom industry.
-Strong technical skills in power electronics
-Good presentation skills, sales channel management
-Customer service oriented and strong in business relationship building
-Strong planning, organizing and time management skills
-Good negotiation skills, attention to details, follow up and administration skills
-Result oriented, proven to be able to achieve sales target

-Strong business acumen
-English Language skills, written and verbal
-Proficient in relevant IT programs
