Job Description
Key Responsibilities (Daily Operations)
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Map client needs to product and technical capabilities
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, and user stories
- Support internal teams with requirement clarity and prioritization
- Coordinate with technical and product teams for solution alignment
- Assist in data analysis and operational reporting
- Participate in solution discussions and functional planning
- Maintain structured documentation and internal reports

- CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce exposure preferred)
- Workflow automation tools
- Spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Process flow and system mapping methodologies
- Understanding product logic and business outcomes
