Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated intern to join our team as a Tour Manager Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with a good background in motorbike tours and shopping tours, and a passion for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Tour Manager in planning and coordinating motorbike and shopping tours
• Research and develop new routes and shopping destinations to enhance the tour experience
• Support in maintaining relationships with vendors, tour guides, and service providers
• Provide assistance to clients during tours, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
• Help manage tour logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activities
• Assist in marketing and promoting tours through various channels
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, bookings, and customer inquiries
• Contribute to the development of tour itineraries and promotional materials

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in tourism and travel, particularly in motorbike and shopping tours
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of motorbike safety and handling
• Familiarity with local markets and shopping areas in Vietnam
• Proficiency in English additional languages will be a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
